Domestic Customers

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

$5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on orders $98 or less*

Priority Shipping available at variable cost based on the destination.

Free Shipping on all orders $99 or more!*

We ship orders via USPS or FedEx depending on size and weight of the order.

*Flat Rate Shipping is only available to the contiguous 48 US states.

*Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated based on weight and destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We pack all your goods carefully into a single box, and if under 20lbs (9kgs) the box will ship for that flat rate bargain price. A real incentive to combine pre-orders and save money!

  

Item Availability & Partial Shipping

We recommend placing In-Stock orders and Pre-Orders separately. If you place an order containing both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, the whole order will be held until all products are available to ship. If you wish to have In-Stock items ship ahead of your Pre-Order items, simply log into your Account and access the My Orders section. From there you can cancel items that could potentially be held and place a separate order for them. Once your new order has been placed, we will process and ship the new order right away! Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as moved without a forwarding address, incorrect address or not at home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping. Failure to respond to our email regarding reshipment will result in a full refund of the order minus any shipping fees.

 

Missing Items, Stolen Packages or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

You may file a claim missing items, lost or stolen packages within 7 days of delivery. Contact help@dorksidetoys.com to begin the process. We will request that you exhaust all efforts to locate the package in and around your property. 

 

International Customers

 

International Shipping Policy

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. The cost to ship internationally varies greatly and depends on the weight and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges in US dollars will appear during the checkout process, before payment is entered. Should you have questions or need assistance please email us at help@dorksidetoys.com

 

International Shipping Rates

We do not offer Free or Flat Rate Shipping on International Orders. All international shipments are charged by true/actual weight. We suggest combining as many orders as possible to avoid multiple small shipments.

 

International Restrictions

We are unable to ship to any international PO Box addresses.

As a business we’d like nothing more than to ship to all countries and are continually looking at new ways to reach more areas. However, to keep your costs as low as possible we rely, and are at the mercy of postal & customs services the world over.

 

Countries We Ship To

The list of countries we ship to can be found in the drop-down menu under Shipping Options.

In some international countries, customs departments have proven extremely challenging and have returned too many packages to us, or packages have been delayed too long from reaching our customers. This prohibits us from shipping there.

If you have a large order and are interested in a non-postal service cost then please contact us and we will do our best to see if we can accommodate and ship your order.

 

International Freight Forwarding

Please note for international customers, if you use a freight forwarding service, we can only accept payment by PayPal. Orders placed with credit cards for these services cannot be processed.

Additionally, Dorksidetoys is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after your shipment has been delivered to a freight forwarder. Dorksidetoys will not refund or provide a replacement for any merchandise that has been exported beyond the original delivery address. We recommend that you instruct your freight forwarders to refuse any shipments that arrive damaged.

All sales delivered to a Freight Forwarder are considered final and may not be returned for any reason.

 

International Tracking

All International Shipments are delivered to your door via your country’s local postal service. As such, you will need to track your package through them and not FedEx.

Please note, it can take 14-21 business days for international tracking to update in your local postal system.

 

International Economy Tracking Numbers

International Economy tracking numbers are not uploaded to FedEx. These tracking numbers are uploaded to your country’s local postal service. These tracking numbers are only uploaded when the parcel reaches the destination country. 

If you attempt to track these numbers on FedEx.com, you will receive the “Invalid Tracking Number” notification.

If your package is held and subsequently unclaimed from your local customs office for any reason and is returned to us, we will refund the order minus any return shipping fees.

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs dispose of your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.

 

Stolen, Missing or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

Due to the significant delivery time on international orders, we offer a 30 day notification period for filing a missing package claim. If tracking has not updated in 21 days from the date of shipment, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier. Contact help@dorksidetoys.com to begin the process. We request that you exhaust all efforts to locate the package in and around your property. 

Dorksidetoys is not responsible for missing shipments beyond 60 days.
